hello everyone
is there any way to use English translate using PSOTrainer?
i cant understand anything on the game with out it

Use manual english patch from here https://pso2.acf.me.uk/Manual/. Put it on your pso2_bin\data\win32 folder.

Then on sega splash screen, go to settings tab on trainer, plugins from tweaker should be there, load it all except telepipe.

what if I'm from the banned country? Does the trainer has its own proxy or something like that to help banned IP to play pso2?

Yes, the trainer has proxy. Check it on trainer's launcher.
